VINTAGE Dell Inspiron 4100 P3 1G 14.1 laptop computer XP SP3 Operating system

Here we have my Dell Inspiron 4100 SERIES 1.0G P3 14.1 Screen laptop, I bought new on the 14th November 2001 and is still in amazing condition. Had very little use and predominantly a presentation device via overhead projector at the time. Full original spec shown in one of the photos for ease. Was installed with ME operating system and have upgraded to XP Home edition SP3 as shown.

Laptop will come with all the original booklets, disks for the ME version with product key including the reinstall disks and tools drivers and utilities for ME. Now running XP the product key will be advised but no disk (product can be downloaded via another pc easily enough). Have been running this for 2 weeks now in preparation for listing and machine shows no hardware conflicts.

Battery cartridge holds power for a short while. Onboard battery will need replacing for the time keeping and Bios but new owner can decide if to replace and a straight forward task if need. I have been able to connect via LAN to google home page via my router but with Explorer 8 which is unsupported for some time doesn't allow you to get far.

Original power lead included as well as a dell carry bag. These machines perhaps have a use now, gaming for one for the old school games and have been able to load a few and videoed one as an example. Wont find a better one cosmetically and works.

Mouse is stable via touch pad when laptop flat but can wander at times when not and well documented on line for all laptops. Thanks for looking and any questions please do ask.
